Enrolment

Customers shall first enroll here, by simply providing your name, valid e-Mail address and correct phone number.How to Level Up & Update Records – To update your records with Maybrands, simply click here

Rewards

Instant rewards becomes active only after customer’s first purchase either online or across our stores nationwide

Loyalty Cards

Customer’s are issued our Loyalty Cards with their first purchase and shall present the same reward card or phone number used for enrolment to have access into their loyalty account.

Security

To protect our members’ account against infringement a One Time Password shall be generated by dialling *347*117*1# to unlock your discount rewards, voucher or other incentives.

Notification

Members’ enrollment automatically qualifies them for periodic notifications about our New Arrivals and other product/promotions activations

Account Info

Member’s accounts are not transferable and incentives/rewards cannot be splitted or redeemed on transactions other than transactions from account that unlocks such rewards/incentives

 

Members may lose their incentives and membership when their last purchase date is more than a Year.
